I was visiting San Bernardino and decided to stop by We Yone African Market & Produce. I ordered the chicken egusi stew with fufu, and it was absolutely delicious. The stew was seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of heatβ€”not too spicy, but enough to give it a nice kick. The consistency was perfect too: thick, rich, and packed with flavor. Every bite was full of well-seasoned vegetables and savory goodness. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the fufu was excellentβ€”the perfect complement to the stew. I also tried the meat pies, and they were amazing. Flaky, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. One tip: if you're planning to order food, call ahead. It makes the process much smoother and ensures your food is ready when you arrive. The restaurant has a unique market-style, warehouse feel, but don't let that fool you. The food is authentic, comforting, and leaves you wanting more long after you've finished eating. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area!

I really don't have anything negative to say overall, as we were interested in ingredients to make Caribbean food. The main complaint with everything was really high priced, when you could find the prices on the items. Meat and fish selections had no price. You had to ask the attendant how much each item was. Don't like to buy my groceries that way. Otherwise, extremely friendly. And it was well stocked.

I honestly just came here for the food, and it was delicious. I ordered Spicy (you can choose whether you want it spicy or not) Egusi with Beef and Goat, and some pounded yam. I wish I took photos because they give good portions for what you pay for, in my opinion. When you go in, you place your order and leave your number. They give you an estimated time the food will be ready and they call you if it’s ready before that. Definitely coming back to try everything else.

The food is very good. It's like receiving a home-cooked meal. Service is excellent. I will be a return customer.

Amazing store. I have an African husband from Sierra Leone and i found everything I needed in this one store. Victoria and her husband are so sweet and helped me find everything I needed. Check them out if you can
